I get what you are trying to say, but the metabolic needs of a 2 year old aren't the same as that of an adult needing to lose weight, and really shouldn't be compared.

I had made Easter dinner for my inlaws. While we were sitting at the table, my mother in law was looking at photos from the egg hunt, and exclaims "Gosh, I'm getting almost as big as Kandi"... Hi, I'm Kandi.

I don't see it as a cheat at all. If you budget a few calories for a small candy bar (or candy of your preference) then there shouldn't be an issue. Moderation is the key!

I agree! I can't wait to see how my face will look without the double chin. People do look so different when their face thins out.

With biscuits, or on mashed potatoes. As a dip for french fries or chicken.. YES!

I have been eating soup for breakfast this week. It is warm, filling, and low in calories. I don't particularly care for cold foods in the mornings.

A lot of people do. I don't. I"m exercising to burn calories, not so I can eat more.

My husband and I are both trying to lose weight. We made a deal that when we lose 20% of our body weight, we will book a cruise. We've always wanted to go on a cruise, and what an awesome reward to work for! I hope to lose more than 20% of my weight though :)
