I have been doing Leslie Sansone's 5 Day Ultimate Walk Plan. I havent been following the order, mostly stick with the 3 miles a day. Between counting calories and exercising (aiming fo 5-6 days a week but do lax from time to time) I went down 4 pants sizes and about 15 lbs in 2 months. Im back to seriously trying to count…
