  • Well done Lorina!!!! I notice a lift in your butt & boobs & shrink in your waist, amazing. I've just started consistently heavy lifting for 2 weeks now & already seeing slight improvements. Everyone is screaming: stop or you'll start looking like a man!!! Smh.......
  • I usually have a banana smothered in peanut butter b4 my wkouts & it works pretty fine cause they're both fuel foods. Also, try some coconut water if you have access to it. Goodluck!!!
  • You look great!!!! What did you do to lose that tummy shelf?? I have 1 that just don't want to go away
  • Usually I encourage beginners to hold plank on their forearms then as they get stronger, their wrists. It's also a good exercise to move from forearm to wrist then back again within a few seconds of each other; challenging but really strengthens your core & shoulders. Hope that helps :)

  • Yes flaxseed is good for all those things. I usually ground it into a powder & keep it in the fridge. I add it to my oatmeal porridge, eggs, pancakes, yogurt etc.........
  • Hey I've always had somewhat of a butt but since I started working out, at least once per week I do a half hour exercise routine on fitnessblender.com that targets thighs & glutes. I also do 60 walking lunges twice per week & 42 squats with 10lb weights twice per week. I took a pic of myself yesterday & realised that my…

  • I think you need to motivate YOU!!! Its hard I know (trust me I've been there) but u gotta want to make that change. I workout at home most times & when our seasonal trainer is on island I workout with her. I always used to flunk my 'home alone' workouts until I decided I wanted to see a change in myself. So far I've been…
  • Hey thanks for posting this, it really helped!!! I've been working out for 2 months & my scale says I lost 2 lbs but my inch tape says I lost 3.5" from my waist alone. To add insult to injury so many ppl comment on how much I dont look any different even though my clothes are fitting me way looser. The up part is I finally…
  • Wow!!!!! Great job, you are looking fabulous. I've been trying to lose weight since July but really started cracking down recently. I just mapped out a workout schedule similar to yours (before I saw your post lol) so I really hope to lose some weight. My problem area is my tummy so I've got tons of work to do. Keep up the…

I thought nothing of it & used to down those heinekens like they were nothing plus I was not working out at all so you could imagine what happened. Right now, alcohol is totally out of my…
