The only wrong part is eating in front of your client lol. I haven't eaten meat for over 2 years and I still have an urge for bacon every time I smell it.

Whenever I tell my SO about my workout or that I'm going to workout, she always comments on how amazing I look or how sexy I look running/swimming/lifting. It's easily enough to push me from a maybe skipping a workout to definitely working out

So... like... a stop watch? I'm in

if you're running the exact same speed and incline, outside will burn more. You'll have wind resistance (very minor but still counts) and the treadmill kinda pushes you forward, there's more resistance outside.

Normally I don't like make-up on my girl. If it helps her feel better, sure fine, I don't really care. I do like a little light make-up when we go out for a fancy dinner/date.

I didn't read this. FYI last time this was asked it was immediately locked. I'm a vegetarian, so I have respect for vegans. Just don't start telling me how bad dairy is. I love my eggs.

electrical wires and stuff.... idk, never really taken it apart.

My look in the mirror. The numbers help, but that's a side motivation.

My guess is she meant triathlon suit. As to why she was so hostile about your response... not sure. Edit: Apparently I'm too slow as this was just answered =(

Screw double standards! Rebel!

So then you do care?

Thanks a lot for the help. Would a knee brace help with this issue? I don't see it hurting (no pun intended) but if it's with my IT band then I assume a knee brace would do nothing. I'll definitely grab a roller and stretch it out after a light warm up

It's on the outside towards the bottom. I can feel the bone on the side which doesn't hurt, then I roll my finger into the divot under there and that's where the pain is. My knee normally doesn't hurt while I run. It hurts the day/2days after. This most previous time with the new shoes though, my knee started getting sore…

I tried the little patella band but it didn't do too much, the pain feels more on the side of the knee. I'm just now starting to get into longer mile runs so I'll try that out.

Yes it feels like a chore. But I sit by a computer at work so not a huge issue. I don't log on weekends because I like to relax and not worry about documenting every pretzel I eat. The only issue is sometimes I forget what I had the night before. Thankfully the barcode scanner helps a lot when I'm feeling lazy.

Wow, almost all of these look delicious. Marking for later
-
Not really, if that were the case I would just take karate. The size would just help 'look' intimidating. Like the guys who get muscle implants.... what's the point of that?

I'm a 6'1" male so a little different, but I started around 210 and I'm currently at 170. I like to hover 165-170, but I'll start to push up to 180 when I finish training for tough mudder and my half-marathon. Monday/Wednesday/Friday I use to do a 30 minutes ab workout then go swim for 30/40 minutes. I think that help me…

Lol, I never knew this. That explains why my dad always stole my french fries!

It depends what you set your activity style as. If you set it as active due to your exercising then I would not eat back your calories. However, I set mine for sedentary since I have a desk job and did not account for me lifting/running. Therefore I do eat back my calories.

How do you eat canned spinach? I got lazy and bought canned spinach one day instead of fresh spinach leaves. I could barely get through my lunch.

Occasionally some rice products will recommend adding a tablespoon of oil, some salt, or some butter to the boiling water. If you're just boiling with water the only thing that is changing is the volume/weight. It's all physical changes, no chemical reactions.

I get made fun of a decent amount for being vegetarian. It's not hurtful joking, but more annoying jokes that they think are funny. I don't get offended by it, it just starts to get really old after awhile. My dad likes to take a huge bite of a hamburger and say "Oooooooohhh man, this is so good. Here Greg... have some, oh…

I'm a vegetarian. I don't believe that meat consumption/production at it's current state in America is very sustainable. That's the main reason I don't eat meat, however the health reasons and cruelty to animals would be #2 & 3 respectively.

Yes, screw you bic! I work for Newell Rubbermaid and we make Sharpie & Papermate. Down with bic ;-)
-
Same. Although I'm leaning more towards insanity than p90x. I tend to have weak knees and ankles. My knee usually hurts after 6/7 miles running.
-
Yes. I loved it at first... but seriously... I think I'm starting to have duck-nightmares.

boom goes the dynamite

I think that's all the motivation he needed. My other guess is he already did that and NOW he doesn't know what to do

So, sounds like a nice neighborhood for running ;-)
