I've had mine for 2.5 years. I love it! I've had no periods at all. During when I assume would be my TOM I feel a little bloated and crampy(minor) but other than that its been Great!

Yes, it did feel like my heart was "pounding ot of my chest" I'm not saying that my heart rate monitor couldn't "lose the connection" but I do know my body and how my heart feels when I push hard, but this was different, actually kinda freaked me out.

Healthy harvest also makes a whole wheat yolk free pasta which allows you more for the same amount of calories. I found it at Wal-mart.

Does anyone have any suggestions for loosening up tight calf muscles? I've been running for a few months now and have recently started running stairs. My calves have gotten so tight that running now hurts.

I recently heard on a cooking show( i think it was iron chef) that the nutrients in spinach are released only when it is cooked....so your not getting all the benefits out of it if you eat it in a salad.
