January 2019 and Dec 2019, 35lbs lost. Still have a long way to go. Ugh sorry don't know how to post pics the right way.

You're going to do it. I'm 42 and losing significant weight for the 4th time in my life because of babies (37lbs lost so far, 30-40 to go). The best thing about losing the 2nd+ time is that you've done it before and you know you can do it again. The older I get the longer it takes, but the older I get the more patient I…

There is a breastfeeding entry. Set your activity level to whatever you are, then press a meal and type in breastfeeding. It will subtract 500 calories if I remember correctly. Take care of yourself!

Beautiful before and after, and WOW, your hard work shows!!

So inspiring! Well done! ❤️❤️

I have only been walking for exercise, and using mfp trying to tweak the calories. I have lost about 7 lbs in the last couple of months. I'm also nursing, hormonal and stressed most of the time, so I think the weight loss is slower. I'm just happy it's finally going DOWN consistently!

Wanted to add that I did this for ten days. Many people don't understand cleanses. Don't listen to the people who've never done one or don't think you need to do one. It's worth trying once so you know whether it's for you or not. No one can live all year without holiday food or birthday cake or an occasional pizza. A…

Yes, I've done one-- it was great. My day was: Breakfast: freshly-juiced carrots, celery, apples and lemons (and an occasional cucumber or beet. About a quart. Lunch: big salad with "clean" dressing (like BreAnna's), a banana, and a grapefruit. And two boiled eggs for protein. Dinner: same as breakfast Before bed/dessert:…

Mom of 4 here: ages 5, 4, 2, and 1 month. I used mfp to keep track of calories while pregnant, but having trouble now that I'm postpartum and bfing. I was thinking I'll just aim to maintain till after the 6-week mark, then start exercising and adjusting calories. We'll see. :-) I'm getting very motivated by this thread!! <3

Yay, I love this thread! I'm 2wks postpartum with #4, and I've ALWAYS had trouble losing after every pregnancy. Finally feel like I have some control and accountability with mfp! I was 208 at the end of this last pregnancy, and now currently 184. Trying to take it easy these first 6 weeks, but already feeling great--…

Awesome! This is something I struggle with as well. I read somewhere that "your health is more valuable than wasted food," so I try to repeat that to myself as I'm scraping my kids' wasted food into the trash can!

I'm only envious that my husband goes to lunch with his parents. :-) He has a very stressful job, and I'm extremely appreciative that he works and I get to stay home with our kids and homeschool. He's not resentfuul of my lack of income, because he believes I'm the best caretaker of our kids, and I'm a total tightwad. He…

Been using it since the 2nd tri. I've gained 30 lbs so far (35 weeks). I set it to not gain or lose after I had already gained 19lbs, and I've still gained just fine. It has helped me not go crazy on days when there was cake, but has also helped me know I needed to eat more on days when I just didn't feel like eating…
