if i cant weigh dry. Like when i cook a pot of pasta for everyone i weigh my cooked and use the usda entry for what i had and call it close enough. ex. 20121, Pasta, cooked, enriched, without added salt

i have the 11 pound oxo. i love that that the numbers pull out so you can read it when you have a crock pot on it.

I've used waxed paper to form turkey burgers before but i usually have 85% or 93% I've never tried 99%.

i have a little basket with pens, post-its and a calculator on the sideboard by my scale. i tend to log what i'm having beforehand if its on my list and tweak the amounts after. it seems to work well for me.

i use bolthouse ranch its in the cooler in the produce section. its either 35 or 45 i dont remember offhand and it tastes the same to me. i like the ceasar and the salsa ranch as well.

a lot of women on here do that because of creepers. a nice pic of a deer doesn't get you harassed like a picture of a pretty woman.

my local grocery store finally got enlightened in stock they have had halo top and skinny cow for a few years. I love the cold brew and the movie night so far.

red robin used to have a build a burger feature on their website. they had everything you could imagine putting on a burger as options. thats how i always figured out burgers at my local diner. i also use pizza hut or dominoes website to build my pizza to calculate calories.

if the battery dies in the fob you can hold it to the start button and it will start. not sure how it works with no battery but its saved me before.

my juke has a key in the fob to open the door but there is no ignition to put it in. you pop the cover off and its empty. guess the original owners didn't spring for the "extras".

my cousin just posted on facebook that the car she has had for 2 years has remote start and she never noticed...And she is a very smart woman. It happens to all of us.

i usually log it like i do my coffee. Only log what i put in it. like honey or whatever, the coffee or tea itself is less than 5. but some people like to have all the data. its up to you really.

Our local grocery store sells muffin tops in the bakery. . Somehow they still manage to make just the tops 400+ calories...mmmm yummy.

i like my OXO scale it has a pull out display so i dont have to mess with balancing a plate on a bowl to read it. It weighs up to 11 lbs which covers even my biggest crock pot for weighing recipes. broiled cod with garlic herb seasoning , mashed potato and steamed broccoli with the same seasoning cause its yummy and my husband will actually eat it.

i add it to stuff with tomato sauce like spaghetti or lasagna.

my husband takes 900 mg 3 times a day for his neuropathy in his feet and has for the last 2 yrs or so. no major weight gain, he looses and gains the same 4-5 lbs over and over.

100 calorie english muffin, egg white with turkey sausage crumbles cooked in it and a laughing cow pepperjack wedge. sometimes velveeta and southwest egg beaters .. ill have avocado if the one i bought last weekend ever softens enough

usually the package will say something like like serving size 1/2 cup (40 grams). at least mine does.
