  • Hey everybody! I haven't been late night snacking and oddly enough I have started taking protien shakes in the morning. They have been good! Quick and easy and I am satisfied till lunch! We should def keep this up, maybe more of us should try having a protien shake for breakfast or right after we workout.

  • I use Bare Minerals. I love it! I have tried a lot of makeup. MaryKay, fake bare minerals, cheapo makeup and nothing will ever compare to Bare Minerals! Just my 2 cents

  • Yes this is true and I do factor that in. As far as the workout routine, I am starting up on Power 90 after I get back from my trip to OH. Which will be in a week or so. I am excited to start.   • I have actually looked into that too! I do drink soy milk and consume alot of soy products to replace the protein in my diet. I didn't really know what to believe though so I asked my Doc and she said that I would be fine eating the soy. But now that I hear someone else is experincing what I am maybe I need to think twice!…

  • Welcome to MFP! I love this site and I am on here all the time! I hope you enjoy! I am sure you will lose all the weight you intend to lose. Just log everything you can into your food journal, workout and stay active!
  • Thank you for your replys! I do agree that the run/walk/jog will come into play and the most important thing to me is to finish but not to damage or injure my body. I want to have fun and make new friends! I was just worried that I might be setting myself up for failure and I needed to know if it were possible to finish!
  • Thank you so much for your responses! They really helped me out! I am going to try to be positive but I am very worried about the aches and sores that you speak of. I am going to do the long run or attempt to do it with a buddy that has done it a couple times and see how I do. Crossing my Fingers!
