The reason this happened to me is that it was comparing to the weight I FIRST gave MFP when I signed up years ago. So I first weighed 200 when I signed up. Years later I was up to 220. Then I was down to 210. It read "0 lbs lost" because it was comparing to my initial weight of 200, not my highest weight of 220.

So for week 2: I met my goals--exercised a bit every day, stayed within my calorie limit 6 out of 7 days. I also did the First Responders video, but I only did the first circuit. (I didn't make it through the second one that starts with squats.) Does that count, or have I been bitten? I'm okay either way--just let me know.

I did it for this week, so I'm still alive...

Done. I only used one-pound weights (cans of beans), but it was still hard!
