Wow! Well done! You are the same height as me and similar in start weight/target weights so this is v inspiring, thanks for sharing the pics! Can't wait to fit in a wee size 10 again :)

Thanks everyone! I was looking at a Timex one that was about £30, but I can get an FT4 for about £20 more so I think I'll just go for it, you've persuaded me! Great advice MFPs :)

Your pics haven't worked here, but well done, that's awesome! :)

Allen Carr's Easyway. Stopped dead two years ago, although I smoked a cigar at a party recently and, guess what? I've had a few cigarettes since. I'm not too worried, going to read the book again at the weekend and I KNOW it'll get me off them again.

Love this! Well done!

Wow, that's amazing! It's always really inspiring when people post before and after pics but they don't do justice to the awesome health benefits that come from losing weight. Well done you.

I like the look of this! Bump!

Totally know what you mean! I LOVE this website but it's a pain when you someone posts a recipe that sounds awesome then you realise it contains tinned pumpkin or something else that the Tesco Metro on the corner isn't likely to stock :)

I'm 5'3 and a half. I started at 154 and I'm aiming for 126 to begin with. I'm hoping to have built up a little bit of muscle by then so I'll reassess and set new goals if necessary. New friends with similar goals would be very welcome :)

Little edit to mine,by the time I got to the end of my post I had forgotten about your injury; Ripped in 30 is prob pointless in your case, I'm guessing you'd have to skip/modify about 75% of it! Good luck finding something that works for you :)

I used to do Colleen McLoughlin's one, which was quite a good pace for an exercise virgin, got my heart going without flooring me! http://www.amazon.co.uk/Coleen-Mcloughlins-Brand-Body-Workout/dp/B000BVK828 I misplaced the DVD and wanted to get a replacement but was quite broke at the time so I got Rosemary Conley's triple…

WTG! You are incredible! Given me a kick on a very unmotivated day :)

Hi I'm a teacher, I go back to school in a couple of weeks but as an MFP newbie I'm keen to join in with this anyway!

Bit of a Freudian typo there...

Hawt! Well done! I'm not seeing where you could lose another 10kg from though, unless you're planning an amputation?!
-
Definitely seeing a difference MrsAgi! Very inspiring. Keep up the good work!

This is too funny. I thought this was also a community of support? I hardly think 'how could I burn off 170 cals?' requires your intervention.
-
Yeah, great job! Your arms are shrinking, your stomach's flatter and you're getting a more defined waist. Well done, you've given me a bit of inspiration today!

I find the cool-downs on RI30 are lacking slightly. I normally do a bit more stretching after and I've stopped feeling quite so achey the next day as a result.
-
Bump. I need this to get me through it!

Blonde Ariel. edit - that was for Broken Barbie, Dreamerry is just straight up Ariel :)

It seems like months ago the torch was in Glasgow! I was at Olympic football yesterday here (before the opening ceremony!). I'm not one of these 'i hate the olympics, we're rubbish at stuff like this' kind of people, but it was pretty ridiculous how badly organised things were. You couldn't bring water in but there was no…
