  • It's so true! When I feel overly full and bloated from eating too much, it makes me feel terrible, but when I track everything and pay attention to my portion sizes, I feel much better and know I'm on the right track! Keep it up everyone! :happy:

  • Sounds great! We always substitue ground turkey for beef and eat a lot of veggies and rice, so this is perfect! We eat a lot of tilapia and chicken too! They are both great with rice and veggies!

  • You can look it up and find that you burn 300-700 calories per 60 minutes. I think it depends on how hard you push yourself. You can definitely sweat and get your heart pumpin'! I love it too!

  • Angela, I'm sorry you're feeling crappy. Working out when you are sick never feels good. Maybe you should just take it easy, drink plenty of water, and get lots of rest, so when you are feeling better, you will have more energy for your work outs. Just some encouragement! :flowerforyou:

  • Pam, I think MFP tracks calories burned only with cardio exercises and any type of weight lifting or other strength exercises do not show calories burned. I wish they did because I think it would help w/ the motivation to keep doing certain types of work outs. Holly

  • I do the same as Amy, but I drizzle a little honey before baking, which I suppose you can add with the cinnamon when it is done. I was just trying to use something besides butter. Gently blend and enjoy! It is great! I tried the same with butternut squash and it tastes just as good! :tongue:
