I started at 280 and SLOWLY going down, this is my second shot again, hurt my back part way first time and had to wait for it to heal and no activity the weight climbed back up fast. I have been eating a sandwich thin, a morning star bfast patty and an egg, sometimes no egg two patties, lasts me til 1pm easy.. I also have coffee with almond milk, unsweet. Its great..
