These are certainly not the lowest calorie foods you can find, but when I want something to fill me up, I either have a hard boiled egg or a cup of skim milk. Both fill me up without making me want to snack more!

Thanks for the advice! Mfp suggested 1500 but I have just been doing 1200. It's contrary to what I've always done in the past, but from everything I've read on here lately, everyone keeps saying every deficit helps. I'll definitely try an exact 1500 this week and see how it goes.

My goal is "fit by 40". I'll be 40 in May and won't be at my goal weight, but at least I'll weigh less than I do now and I'll hopefully hit it sometime this year!

So excited to find this thread! I just started C25K also - just completed D2 tonight. I was surprised how much better I felt doing D2 than D1... If it gets that much easier every time, I'm set! I think it was just that I knew what to expect and knew I could do it. Started VERY slow, but at least we're doing it, right?!

I'm addicted to tea, too. I always have a cup at night before bed when I'm hungry, but don't want to eat anything. Trader Joes has Candy Cane Tea, but they only carry it around December. It's so yummy!

Definitely try Chobani. I have it for lunch every day and love it. It completely fills me up. Make sure you stir it well, though. All of the good flavor is on the bottom, and if you just stir it a little, it just looks clumpy. Once you stir it enough, it's creamy and delicious.
