Ive lost almost 50 lbs since July using Leslie Sanstones tapes. I get them free on You Tube....they are great since I don't do strenuous exercising. I did one today where she incorporates a little running in with her walking tape and it was great...first time I ran in 50,000 years...ha ha....she is great...

I think some of the recipes are easier than that. some I see where they just mix a box of brownie mix with the can of black beans..but not sure they make sugar free brownie mix..maybe they do...

Im 65 yrs old and have lost about 40 lbs. MFP is great and I have great motivating friends. Just watch your sugars and sodium and stick with high protein and drink your water.. Its the key to your weight loss. good luck

watch your sugar content. Lots of those greek yogurts are high in sugar.
