Just buy the flavored packets that are no calories . I only use 1/2 packet in bottle of water (16 oz) to give it a little taste. It works for me. I get the hawaiian punch ones as they are only $1 for pack of 8...I lose weight consistently so it doesnt hurt to use the flavored packets.

Thanks all for the ideas! I appreciate it! Im gonna try one of these today! Ill have to get the different flavors I just went to Aldi's and saw the plain ones .. but will have to get the flavored ones at my other grocery store or maybe Walmart! Have a nice day!

I have been eating all my calories between 9am-4pm..Nothing after 4pm and it works for me. I have been walking more and if I get hungry after 4pm, I just drink more water and do things around the house or exercise to occupy my time. I actually feel better doing it this way.... What a beautiful dog...I do like Siberian Husky ...My friend has one and she loves hers..It came from rescue. He was kinda hesitant at first..probably from being abused..but he is very loving now.

Kristi..are you pretty consistent with that mark every 5 weeks. I noticed that on mine, Friday it said in 5 weeks..230 lbs....then on Saturday..it said 231.5..I noticed I had more sugar and sodium than usual and today it said 227.5...I had high protein today and only 985 calories instead of the usual 1200.
