Me, too Katemarcus! Staring with June I am dedicating myself to SL for Women. I have started and stopped SL so many times just messing around with it and doing great Mon and Tues but not so much the rest of the week and I am not getting anywhere like that. I am now into my 3rd fully committed week.

^^^This 100%.^^^ They aren't picky they're spoiled. That is not a slam! And yes we do cater to our children way too much. I did too up until I changed my food lifestyle. Now they eat what I make or they are old enough to make their own whatever they want to eat.

I had to end my very serious relationship with my scale. He lied! He broke my heart daily! It just had to end! I revisit him once or twice a month to try and keep things friendly (since he lurks in my closet) but that's about all I can do!

^^^AMEN!^^^^ Check your sodium intake. Sodium can make you retain water which show up as weight. There were weeks that I didn't lose anything and days that I would gain 2 or 3 lbs from morning to evening. Stick with it and you will see results. It might not be within your specified time frame but it will happen.

I completely agree! Egg whites alone yuk! Why bother? If you're trying to balance your macros just choose something else if it's between trying to decide to eat the yolk or not. (1) large egg = 72 cal / 6.3g protein / 4.8g fat (good healthy fat) / .6g carbs (that is point six grams not 6 grams) - the whole egg! Yum! Yum!

Why don't you eat the yolks? They are soooooo good for you! Look at the ingredients of the processed/fake eggs. That might make you change your mind. The theory behind clean eating is simply to eat real food. The whole egg is devine!

100% acid reflux is gone! I noticed it right away when I changed my diet and quit eating wheat, soy, corn, diary, fried and processed foods.
