I don't fast at all. I do drink a lot of water throughout the day however. I just feel like my body was made to be fed and if I feed it real food it will cleanse itself naturally of the toxins that might get in.

Is there a reason you must eat the oatmeal? In the database, 1 oz uncooked briset is 44 calories so 29.5 oz = 1166 calories. (What does 9 represent?) 1166 / 9 = 129.56 rounded 130 calories per 1/2 oz. That sucks!! Thanks for the help.

That's me too! Sometimes I excercise to makeup for going over on my calories. If I'm hungry, I'll eat back some calories, usually in the form of a protein b/c it's usually right after a workout that I'm hungry.
