I do short ab work outs when I have time and that is in addition to my work out routine. I didn't notice a difference between doing them every day and every other day either.

NO! I had a breast reduction 4 years ago for health reasons. Now I can stand up straight! Other than that? NO! Not worth the money, recovery time, any of that in my opinion! Know exactly what you mean! I see people who are a DD and they want a reduction. I was an H at the time of my reduction and was so relieved that I got to a DD again lol. Good luck!

I was at 160 when I had my reduction four years ago (my heaviest came later at 185 one year ago) I used to HATE being a DD I thought it was too big.
