Just wanted to refresh this topic. I'm using a Timex HRM and I'm concerned that the calories burned reading is wrong. It seems much higher than others. I know that calories burned depends on weight and whatnot, but I think this is too big of a difference.

ehem...ditto lol Aside from that, I was told that eating a banana before bed can actually help you sleep better. Bananas aren't "bad" for you. Just eat them in moderation like everything else. After all, even too much water can be bad.
