  • Okay, day four of working out! Back to Ripped in 30 Level 1, but I was doing it sort of at 75% effort because I'm so sore!
  • Phew, just got back from a kickboxing class that was half cardio, half circuit training, Jillian-style. So far I've kept to my goal, exercising three days in a row now... back to Ripped in 30 tomorrow.
  • Did level one of Ripped in 30 yesterday and I'm not as sore today as I imagined! Only slightly :P About to head to the gym for a Zumba class and count that for my exercise for the day. I plan on going to a kickboxing class tomorrow, then going back to Jillian for the rest of the week.
  • Perfect, I'm in! I have Ripped in 30, and a few of her other ones I might use to mix it up a little bit. Usually I'm so sore after doing any of her videos for just one day, so I might have to alternate with some cardio until I get used to it again.
