They use to say; if you can't lift it 8 times its too heavy. If you can lift it more than 12 times, its too light. I know people who start off with just the bar.

1200 calories doesn't sound like enough. That is a very strict diet.

I once believed that I didn't like woman with makeup. I later realized that I don't like woman that do not know how to put makeup on. Some woman do not need makeup and some do. Just don't go crazy. Makeup is best when you can't tell your wearing it.

My goal is to fit into pants, that's longer than they are wider. Right now I wear like a 48"x32". So a 30x32 would be awsome, but It might take awhile. I don't remember ever wearing a 30" waist, but if I did the length was probably in the 20's.

No one gets fat from eating fruit. That's how I lose weight. The more fruit I eat, the more I lose weight.

To me it has nothing to do with weight. I wouldn't want to leak like I was all skin and bones. It looks sick and weak.

I weigh myself pretty much everyday. I just take it with a grain of salt. I know how much our bodies fluctuate. If I gain it makes me more focused. If I lose, I pat myself on the back. I just don't allow it to make me crazy. I just want to see overall progress.

I try to log as I go. If I have to go back and log then my calories are often higher than I expected. Then I have to make up for it with a late night work out.

If its not too bad. I put the food on the next day and make up for it then with exercise. But if I go over too much (and I haven't), I would just forget about it and move on.

I use to love Chunky Skippy with honey. I never see it anymore. I've been wanting to try the Smart balance or make my own in my Vitamix. I did try the almond butter and its OK. Just not for me.

I say the heat makes you fat because when its hot, I just want to stay indoors.

I think you actually burn more calories when your cold to try to stay warm.

There is a lot of fat and cholesterol in the yolk. Egg whites are pure protien.

I know how you feel. When I was younger I took up bike riding and weight lifting. I lost a lot of weight and the only difference I noticed was, people stopped calling me "Fat *kitten*" and "Chunkers".

To me... It seems like a step back. I'm already going to occasionally stumble so I'm not going to schedule any stumbles.

I don't believe fruit makes people fat. I've never seen a fat vegan.

I never heard of eating back your exercise calories. It doesn't sound right to me. I figure more calories I burn is a plus.

All your talk about fruit and jerky is making me hungry.

weight watchers does the same thing. You can earn points to eat more, thru exercise. That part of it did not work for me.

I don't think people get fat from eating fruit. Weight Watchers doesn't even count fruit.
