roadbike from runtastic. It doesn't seem like it gives you enough credit for calories burned but the rest of the data is cool.

Accents are always sexy. It just depends if you can still understand them. With beautiful woman it's always easier to be more patient. With dudes it gets annoying. They usually act likes it my fault I have no idea what there saying.

A grown man benching less than 100 lbs is just sad. When I was 200 lbs. I was benching 315 lbs. I have no idea what I bench now but If I couldn't bench 100 lbs then I wouldn't be able to get out of bed.

I tried Yoga once after some hard core weight lifting and the push up positions were killing me. If that still isn't challenging for you, you can always try nude yoga.

I have also tried to give up coffee and I can't. It is my one weakness.

Read "The Queen of the Damned". Read the entire vampire chronicles. They are way better. The movie "Queen of the Damned was very disappointing. The best non-twilight vampire has got to go to Lestat (from the novel).

You could try brushing your teeth or keeping yourself occupied. I know its hard. I just give in AND WORK MY *kitten* OFF!

In the beginning (or whenever you don't like the result). Tell yourself; "That can't be right. Then use it to work harder. When ever you lose anything, then you use it as encouragement. Progress is all that matters, no matter how little. I will celebrate a 1/10 of a pound lost. Just don't celebrate with cake.

No one gets fat from eating fruit. I eat a lot of fruit. The more fruit I eat, the more weight I lose. I also find bananas are more filling than some other fruits. I'm also diabetic and my sugar levels are pretty much always looking good.

800 calories? That's just breakfast.

I try not to watch. I'm running out of places to eat. At Taco Bell I heard a disgruntled employee pooped in the beans. Pizza Hut had moldey green meat they just mixed with good meat. FKC people bathed in the sink where they prepare the food and I can just go on and on...

its actually pretty normal for your dominant hand (arm) to be stronger. Try doing extra reps with the weaker arm to get them even.

Incline bench press will strengthen your upper chest and that would give you a boob lift.

I haven't sacrificed any kind of food. I kind of sacraficed dinner. I often run out of calories after lunch unless I get a good work out.

I'm currently 256.6 lbs. My heaviest is 280 lbs. When I was in shape I was 200 lbs. So that's my goal. Then I'll see where I am from there. I'm only 5'8' so technically that's still way too heavy. Before I was only 10% body fat at 200 lbs so we'll see.

If you like pasta.. Go whole grain. I like to snack on a lot of fruit.

Try to research the actual route and give it a practice run.

It's true not all woman look like Scarlett Johanson. I've seen some people wear half shirts that need to stop. But if you do happen to look like Scarlett, I'm all for it. Leaving something for the imagination is also a good thing.

I mostly focus on calories, but I pay attention to everything. So far I'm down 15 lbs and I have about 60 lbs to go (at least).

I aim for 1600 calories a day. If I get some exercise, I might go up as high as 2000. I always try to stay below 2000. I don't believe in eating all the calories you burn like some people because I know it doesn't work for me.

5 miles is my goal. Right now I'm at about 1/2 a block.
