I drink 100 oz or more everyday and it helps me from eating more food. I sweat tons when I workout so I need lots and lots of water!!!!

I'm 5'3 also. Before I had any kids, I was 120 lbs, wore a size 4 and I looked really good. After each pregnancy I would lose some and then gain and just go back and forth. Since May this year I have been working out daily, started out at 188 lbs. And now I am at 158lbs. So my goal weight is 120 lbs.

I really would like to try the Zumba fitness! Right now I am only doing the free run, I do it 1 hour total each day and lost over 20 pounds in 2 months. Soon as I can get the extra money , I am gonna buy the Zumba Fitness, I heard it's fun and easy!!
