5'10, and I'd love to wear heels more often but not only are all my friends short (which I admit isn't that much of an issue when you've got enough confidence :)) I lack the places to wear them! I'll just have to wait until I'm a tad older!

I'm 178cm tall and weigh 58.5kgs (So I think that's 5'10 and 129 pounds?) and have a net goal of 1400 calories a day. Almost always have Special K, whether it's plain, forest berries or the almond one :P yum! Especially good with yoghurt, I have it with unsweetened natural yoghurt

Wouldn't say it's high protein, but I have a couple of sesameal crackers and hummus if I need a snack, depending on ow hungry I am I increase how many I have, within reason of course!

I have a bowl of Special K with unsweetened natural yoghurt on top with just a little bit of milk, and a cup of either milo with no sugar or green tea. Usually green tea :) I could practically marry breakfast, favourite meal of the day!
