  • Hey hun, yeah thats so annoying when your time of month "munchies" come! I usually crave junk at this time so what i try to do is have low fat junk type foods like weight watchers pizzas and treats or meat free (quorn) burgers and make homemade fries or wedges and bake them in the oven.
