Please check out the book by Marianne Williamson called " A Course in Weight Loss." It really helped me realize that this journey is not just about the Weight! I turn to this book again and again and it really helps!

Yogalosophy by Mandy Ingber 2 workouts on the DVD. It is easy to follow. She gets a high recommendation from Jennifer Aniston. I was able to get it thru our local library & like it so well I ordered from Amazon. Enjoy!

Ezekiel bread is 100% whole grain, flour less,low glycemic and a complete protein! Made from freshly sprouted live grains. I eat 2 slices toasted with a light smear of honey. It's actually my "treat" for the day. You'll find it in the frozen food section. I keep it in the freezer & take out slices as I need them!

Ideal weight ideally is when you feel comfortable in your body! I am 5'4" just reached my goal of 110. Body fat of 22 percent. Nike has a winter running pant that is awesome! The fit is nice (not a tight). I found mine at "Sport Authority."
