I think you just showed me how I can incorporate yogurt - I hate it but if its mixed up in something that might be different!

My goals for today within this plan is to eat more calories (EVEN THOUGH I am seriously not hungry) and to keep getting all the water in. I've become a water freak. LOL I am seriously the queen of fast food and I haven't even wanted any of it. This is great. I mean its only been 3 days LOL but still.

Can anyone suggest a yogurt that doesn't taste so um...yogurt-y?? I HATE yogurt like HATE IT. I gag before it even gets near my throat.... I need to get some more food in to get some more calories in and thought that was a good way (i'm taking a probiotic pill instead of eating the probiotic food).

I don't know much about Atkins. But from what I read the first cycle is basically Atkins. Only in the first 17 days you're not eating red meat. Only chicken, turkey, and fish.

And I need more calories...I do NOT like yogurt or cottage cheese so what else can I eat??? There's chicken on my salad today....

Me too!! 2 pounds. Was trying not to get too excited LOL. I have to keep seeing a loss to stay motivated... but I'm excited. I just need to eat more.

I am reading the book and you are definitely not limited on the vegetables so load up on them.... eat more.

Thanks! So tonight I'm making egg rolls! I love love love egg rolls and don't live or work close to a place where i can get them easily.... So if I can make them that would be even better.

FavDaughter1 - I thought about it and peppermint extract didn't really cross my mind, thats a good ideas. What I did decide to do was to get the syrup flavoring and add an ounce. 1 ounce adds like 80 calories to the recipe. It tastes delicious.

I used to live by a place that sold Frozen Hot Chocolate but it also had a hint of peppermint in it. Any ideas on how I can incorporate that?
