Also as funny as it sounds I looked up Richard Simmons on YouTube and have done it a few times. It's a great workout if you like to dance. I don't even realize how much time has gone by because I'm having fun!

I am just restarting too. Its only been 3 days that I have been counting calories and walking for exercise but I feel great already!!! I wish you good luck in your continued journey!!!
