That would be me. I lost 30 pounds and then gained them all back plus a few in half the time it took to lose them.

When it's cooler out, I tend to leave 600-800 calories for dinner. In warmer weather, usually 100-300 for fruits and vegetables since I rarely want to eat a real dinner.

One of my favorite challenges that I participated in had weekly exercise (cardio and bodyweight) challenges that gradually got tougher. Here's an example from the first few weeks: Week 1 Walk/Jog/Run at least 30 min/day on 5 seperate days this week Do 100 pushups, 100 squats & 2 min (total time) Plank over the week Week 2…

I would love to be 50lbs down by NYE! That would pretty much get me to my goal weight!

I was thinking that it was time for another challenge. This looks to be about what I was hoping for! (Number 369!)
-
This is really neat!

I've got about 50 left to lose but I'm already down almost 25. Feel free to add me.

Hi! I'm Allisyn. I'm 25 and working a desk job. Currently I run or walk in the mornings with my dog and I'm working on adding in weight training to my regular exercise routine. I'm also a very active swing dancer. My biggest problem has always been food. I'm thinking hard about doing the Whole30 challenge in January and…

I live in Portland, OR near where the mall shooting took place. I feel reasonably safe even at night but I do believe in taking realistic precautions: I maintain awareness of my surroundings, keep doors locked at night, and live (and walk) with a large protective dog (he doubles as a warm and cuddly blanket).

I took Topamax for migraine control and didn't notice any weight loss or appetite change so mileage may vary. I had some minor concentration issues but it worked better than other medications I'd been prescribed.

I haven't given up coffee but I have definitely changed how I drink it. I went from drinking a Raspberry Mocha with whipped cream to drinking a non-fat latte.

Portion control and maintaining my workout schedule. I probably won't log on the day my family does Thanksgiving but I won't eat three-five servings of anything either. I'll eat a little of everything and stop when I am full. That last part will be the key step here.
-
I'm behind as usual but I always catch up by the end of the month so I'm not too worried.

This is definitely something to see the Doctor about ASAP. Three days of dizziness is a big deal.

Honestly, I just don't care about the number that much. I weigh in the morning, log the number in my spreadsheet and move on with my day. I celebrate a little if it is lower and shrug it off if it isn't. I don't let a higher number bother me until there have been a few in a row. Sometimes I eat late at night, sometimes I…

I'm actually not writing science fiction or fantasy this year, which is frankly a bit scary!

I severely limited the bread in my diet because it is one of the foods that I don't control myself well around. I like it way too much to have it all the time.

I noticed it first in the belly and waist.

I'm feeling better about Cardio Power and Resistance but the specialized push-ups really killed me.
