That's weird! W5D3 is supposed to be the 20 minute run.

I'm 5'4"/5'5" and aiming for 125 though depending on how I look and feel when i get close it could be anywhere in the 125-135 range.

I just did Day 2 of Week 5 yesterday. I thought there were three runs instead of just two 8 min runs so I ended up running after the "cool down" ended. I'll probably be doing day 3 tonight or tomorrow night.

I like to bake it and drizzle honey instead of using brown sugar. Also, stuff it with italian sausage, red and green bell peppers, and onions adding a bit of cumin for flavor. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

I did W5D1 yesterday and will probably repeat it again tonight to try and improve my pace before tackling day 2.

You can probably use the youtube video. There's a bunch of talking at the start that you can skip past. I bought the set through Amazon Instant Video (~$5) and am pretty happy with that. I've heard that it is on Netflix too.

You need free weights and if you work out on a hard surface you might want a yoga mat. I got the videos through Amazon Instant Video for ~$5

I'm currently doing both. I'm on Week 5 of C25K and L1D3 of 30 Day shred. Feel free to add me.

Try varying the types of seasonings you use. If you don't cook from scratch much, get jars of different sauces to flavor meats and veggies. For mexican flavorings, use different salsas. For asian flavors, use teriyaki, general tso sauce, etc. For Indian, tikka masala sauce or jhalfrezi sauce.

I'm 3 days in and doing pretty well. Don't be afraid to modify exercises and if you absolutely have to, pause the video and rest a moment. You just have to get up and do it.

I'm 25 and working on losing ~100lbs. Feel free to add me!

I'm 25 and looking to lose up to 100lbs depending on how I look and feel once I get close to my goal. Feel free to add me

I'm aiming to lose 50 pounds.

I don't really mind running in the rain. I certainly find it easier than running in the summer heat.

I'm glad I'm not the only whose dog is left than helpful. Mine was stopping every 50ft to roll in the grass last night.

I'm currently on a repeat of week 4 before I do week 5. So far I really like the program. And that's from someone who has never liked running.

I have a stationary bike set-up behind the couch and a 5lb hand weight on the table in front of the couch. I also do crunches sometimes.
-
I weigh myself daily and keep a spreadsheet and graph with a trend-line. I try not to worry about the fluctuations and pay more attention to the trend-line. I also measure with a tape measure every two-four weeks.

I would definitely love to be 50 lbs lighter by Christmas!
