  • I quit a few years ago. Cold turkey, I haven't had a single puff since. The key to success is to not allow yourself any cheats. Once you are done, be done. The first time you "just have one drag" you set yourself up for failure. I had the same attitude you did. Now I can't stand the smell of it.
