Hi! I'm back after a several year break. I've had two more babies and gained way more than I care to admit. My long term goal is to lose 50lbs, I'm a slow and steady type. No trend or fad diet here - focusing on eating whole foods as much as possible and tracking everything I put in my mouth. Also, plan to exercise 3-5…

I think when I visit my parents they giggle quite a bit - if my Dad hands me a piece of chocolate (hershey's kiss or something similar) and I choose to eat it, I log. And he laughs at me. But not in a mocking way, I know they are proud and inspired by how much I've done in such a short time. Started in December and I have…

This actually made me cry. This is an epic transformation and you had the PERFECT motivation. I am working toward becoming healthier and my primary motivation is that I want to set a healthy example for my daughter as well. Yours is cute as a button. You look great, keep up the hard work!

Nope, I frequently scan products and end up with something entirely different. Example - jarred pasta sauce showed up as wine. Must be careful about that as well..... And you still have to check the amounts, because they can be off as well.

Carrots Almond Milk Unsweetened Cucumber Banana Alfalfa Sprouts Hummus Strawberries Celery Blueberries Blackberries Lacey Swiss Cheese Interesting....I didn't realize I ate those things so frequently. My guess would have been almond milk, celery, carrots and cucumber as I eat them most days. Hummus doesn't surprise me. The…

I find women gawk at me more when I am working out than men do - any workout, not necessarily weights. Women, in general, are judgey. They judge your form, your routine, etc. Women are also observers, we want to know what everyone else is doing so I feel like women watch more than men. It seems like men tend to put their…

It's not about perfect. It's about effort. And when you bring that effort every single day, that's where transformation happens. That's how change occurs. Get back on track and forget about the mistake.

I have signed up for this already. Super excited about it!

This is my plan exactly. Never seen it so well worded, though.

I have the 30ds. I haven't ever made it past day three! But I am working out at the gym pretty hard so I may try to do it in addition to my current routine.

I'm Jillian! I am so excited to have found this group! I've been on MFP for almost two months, joined originally over a year ago but successfully logging and stuff just recently. I have lost 6 pounds and 5.5 inches. I don't know if I have lost more as I haven't weighed for a while. Hoping to eventually get to my goal…

I like Hudsons, Joes and Paper Denim & Cloth. But only if I'm feeling spendy. Otherwise it's AE or Levis all the way.

Already posted mine but here is DH's: It's Paloma Picasso's Caliper ring from Tiffany's - suits him well. Just a stock photo. And mine again for good measure. :D

I love looking at diamond bling. This thread wins.

Also if he is really hungry and nursing constantly he is probably just training your body to make more milk. It happens naturally, baby gets hungry, they nurse more frequently, body sees the demand and increases supply. Just let him nurse as often as he needs and your body will play catchup.

A wheat beer will help, fenugreek - an herbal supplement, oatmeal, pumping or cluster feeding naturally - causing a higher demand ups the supply, mothers milk tea, blessed thistle, staying well hydrated... Hang in there. Hope it works out for you! Don't give up!

Every relationship needs boundaries. I made plans the other day to get together with a friend and instead of our usual dinner I told her I'd be happier meeting for coffee to avoid restaurant calories. I'll have a cup of tea and stay on track. She was totally fine with it and was supportive. Tell her you need that kind of…

I agree that most people want a quick fix. What kills me is that I know so many people who have started resolution diets and I KNOW they will lose weight faster than I am. But I just can't bring myself to care about that. I know mine will stay off.

Mine stands for mom to a bow head. My toddler wears bows. MTABH. :D

Finally fixed mine so you can see the whole image.

I'm in love with mine.

I have a peekapoo.

If veggies are too blah for you, have some low cal hummus with them. Roasted, unsalted pistachios are a fave of mine.
