Great! I lost two lbs. this week. Thanks for asking....it is so nice to know that people care. I have increased my fruit and veggie intake and started eating yogurt for snack instead of 1-2 cookies. It has kept me feeling full longer. Also, I've been snacking on 100 cal. popcorn. I feel like I'm getting more food for less…

I have found that sugerless gum helps. It puts something in my mouth but isn't many calories. Hope that helps!

That is too much weight to lose in such a short amount of time. I lost 45 lbs., but it took me 6 months to do it. I don't want to discourage you, but if you will lose an average of 1-2 lbs. per week then you will be more likely to keep the weight off-at least that is what I did! Sure, it would be nice be be at your goal…

I have always had trouble losing weight and then keeping it off. The hardest part is keeping it off! You should be proud of yourself that you are taking the steps in the right direction to lose the weight again. Best of luck!
