Thank you VERY much! I can't find the post you are talking about. Where is it? Thanks!

Thank you ALL Very Much! I will use the information you have given me. I'm eating healthy, so I don't think it is WHAT I'm eating...maybe just not enough. Thanks again!

Thanks for the great information! I tried the Boca Bruchetta burgers and didn't like them. I'll have to give Morning Star a try.

I totally agree. I ate there last week and was really disappointed to find out that they didn't have the exact calorie count for the entrees. It's great that they are all under 550, but if one entree is 500 and another is 350 I want to know which is which.

I love this show...really keeps me motivated!

You can get them anywhere. WalMart should sell them in the jewlry dept. with the watch batteries. It should just pop out. Try using a screwdriver or turning the scale upside down. Good luck!

I replace the oil in cakes, brownies, etc. for applesauce all the time. Works great! I still put the eggs though. (I use the break-free kind)

I just got this for my birthday (two days after Christmas). I think I'll go look for that pizza recipe now...sounds yummy!

I've lost 45 total but it took me months to get off the last 5!

Thanks to everyone for the great advice! I will keep this all in mind when ordering and pray that I make the right choices.

Best of luck to the newbies! You Must be motivated if you have chosen this week to start-too many temptations out there. There are a ton of great resources on this site and many people to keep you motivated. I know you will do great!

Have you tried the Reeses 100 calorie wafers? They are really yummy and just the right size.

Do you have any 100 calorie popcorn? That is pretty filling and goes great with a movie. Do you like the Wii Fitness? Just curious...

I chose 4 days in December to be "bad". Tomorrow is one of them...looking forward to it!!! That way if it isn't my pre-selected day (based on parties) I won't go over my calories for the day. It has really helped because if gives me something to look forward to but I'm not bad the ENTIRE month.

Best of luck to you! You are going to love it here. Lots of motivational tools.

I gained 80 lbs. while pregnant and just never was able to get the weight off until now. My son is now 10 years old!

I started eating oatmeal...which I never really liked. The weather turned cold and my husband eats it all the time so I thought I'd give it a try. It seems to keep me feeling full and I don't snack as much. I guess I like it after all. Hope that helps!!!

It does feel awesome!

Thanks to you all for the kind words! I couldn't have done it without the support I've received from this site.

I LOVE the Walden Farm dressings! Don't buy the Peanut Butter...it is terrible!!!! BIG waste of money....not sure what I was eating!
-
Thanks for the input! I have seen them but didn't want to waste the money if they weren't good. I'm glad to know they are. I will pick some up at my next trip to the grocery store.

Very impressive...way to go!

3 clementine's and 20 pepperidge farm crackers... about 20 minutes ago.

I knew there was a reason that I never get on those things!

If I were you (and if you don't see them very often) I would go on a really healthy diet. Eat right, exercise, do all the right things, but don't tell them. Then when you see them again just blow them away with your accomplishment!

Yes, we all feel that way sometimes. If your weather is nice, try getting out of the house. That always makes me feel better. I also find comfort in visiting this site. I can spend hours on here without realizing it...and while I'm on here, I'm not eating. You just have to reach a point where you say, "This is it. I'm…

I've noticed that I'm not starving all the time lately, like I usually am, but I think it is because my alergies are acting up.

Multiply your current weight by 700, then divide by your height (in inches). Divide that number by your height again. For example, a 145-pound woman who stands 5'6" tall has a BMI of 23. 145 pounds x 700 = 101,500 divided by 66 (5'6") divided by 66 = 23. Just put in your desired weight, follow the formula and see what your…

I use Pam ALL the time and have always wondered about that. I would love to know how many calories are in a normal portion size if anyone has that information. I even spray it on my popcorn!!!
