Workout now... Hydrate before and after the donation. I give blood every two months or so within a week or so of when I'm allowed to do so. I also post that as calories burnt. Just add in some nuts to your snacks and some avocado onto sandwiches. Shoot for a bit more fat, don't focus on fat free and you will be able to creep the calories up a bit to what you need. Nothing wrong with a gallon or more worth of water. Keeps all the body's system cleaning out!

Looks like you are ready for the Insanity or P90 whatever and really target the core muscles you need them to grow and take off that extra five or so percentage points of body fat... Don't really see the point, you really do look great but at your age I understand the desire to cut it even more...
