FYI... My 15 - 45 minutes of stairs is purposely done during my prep period going up and down repetitively in the stairwell of our science building... Are you seriously not wanting to count that as exercise?

FYI the Brit team of 15 burned more calories than their 20 person team did on any day the other challenge with the exception of a single day... Per person average of 1422.2 was awesome! The US team average per person of 1247.2 calories burnt was higher than the highest daily average in the previous challenge by 97.2…

Was in a size 6X before starting this journey 15 months ago... I am now wearing a XL or large shirt... Just put another notch into the old belt... My wife got me a size 38 belt and its too big... I was wearing the King Size belt that goes to 66 and it was almost too small for me when I started.

^^^This^^^ Nutrient rich foods and low caloric density will help overall health and also help with feeling satisfied with the amount you eat. Technically speaking though for weight loss, deficit = weight loss.
