Anyone can add me but I tend to be very honest, I will help with your food choices only if you ask me to and I like to help people help themselves.
Other than that I log every day, I do not eat healthy (at least I don't think so), I am supportive as long as you don't intentionally do unhealthy things, I understand the diet rollercoaster, and I am very motivated. And if you need a swift kick in the behind I will give it to you and I expect the same in return.
