I'd like to be down to 190 by the end of the month--right now i'm at 195.5 so I think that's pretty doable. I wanted to start couch to 5k this month, but with how hot it is, I'm going to hold off until the weather gets a little cooler so that I can take LO on runs with me! Good luck with your goals everyone!

I have a half-way and a whole month goal: By August 19 I want to be at 200; by the end of the month, I want to be at 193. So from today, that will be 10 pounds.

My goal is to get back to 135--that's where I was when I got married in 2009. We'll see!

Well, when my daughter was born, I was at 234 (yikes!) and my starting weight when I actually got moving was 210. Today, I'm at 206. I'll take it!
