Well, I can rule out iron deficiency, since I donate blood, and I'm always WAY above the limit I need to be. I usually eat something before I work out, like a banana, maybe some milk. I can't work out if I've just had something to eat, though, it makes me feel sick. I get around 1400 calories a day, sometimes 1500, and I…

School full time, but work is more of odd jobs I pick up (mostly babysitting and baking/decorating jobs). I am usually tired by the end of the day, but I didn't think that exercise could make me THAT exhausted. And I always got this tired from exercise during summer, when I had no school and only the occasional job.

I don't think so. I'm doing circuit training (mostly strength, with a few cardio machines), and then a little bit of cardio (walking 3.7 or so, at 3.5 incline). My heart rate is usually around 155, which is in my target heart rate.

From what I'm aware of, you can't. But let's say you eat 900 calories every day for a month. The moment you start eating above 900, you will gain weight. Our bodies are REALLY good at adapting to starvation. Your body will start shutting down certain functions in order to save calories. But once you start eating more than…

I know, right? That stuff was sitting in the fridge for a week because I tried it on bread, didn't like it, and couldn't think of any other way to use it, haha. And I just had some alfredo sauce on my pasta made from Laughing Cow Cheese. :D YOU GUYS ARE ALL AMAZING!!! :)

This! I love making it like a game, I like "winning" when I get under my calories, lol. My friends are sometimes amazed at the foods I eat, too. They eat one burrito for 420 calories, and I have a sandwich, apple slices, yogurt, and carrots with ranch for the same calories, haha.
-
I'll definitely need to try it on my sandwiches, too. Yum. :)

You just completely made my day. So, the general idea seems to be some sort of cracker. The potato idea sounds good, too. I'll have to try it with veggies, too. I wonder how it will taste with red bell pepper? You guys are amazing! This is why I love MFP! :)

I stopped for one year when I was an exchange student in Germany. I ate right, exercised, did not count a single calorie, and I still lost 3 pounds that year (and I must have gained some muscle playing badminton, because I lost 1.5 dress sizes when I was there).

I've done a couple body fat tests, and based on that, I'd like to be around 140, and in the athletic body fat range. If I get under that, it's a bonus. But I really don't want to go below that, because I want something I can hopefully maintain for the rest of my life, and I look weird when I'm skinny. I like being slightly…

Yep, just like the above poster said, you pretty much have to measure it out. It sucks, but I really don't think there's any way around it. D:

I ate the same thing for breakfast today as I do any other day... normally I'm good for 3 hours, today I went 9 hours without eating anything again.
-
I'm not much of a help, considering I've never had kidney stones, but I'm prayin' for you!

I think the general idea makes some sense. But to be honest, I like my bread too much, haha.

Yes! And you are also burning more calories when you fold the pizza box and walk to the trash can and stick it in the trashcan (cardio). AND you're going to burn EVEN MORE calories if you pick up the heavy phone (weightlifting) and order another one. Now look at that, you got cardio and strength training, all in one easy…

You guys are so awesome! I think I'm going with #2, with the flip flops in my purse, haha. :D

bump, I need the help too. D:

Excedrine? For migraines? I take them for bad headaches, but if you're talking about using them for weight loss... good luck. They have caffeine, but unless you're popping one every 5 or 10 minutes, the small amount of caffeine probably won't really help with weight loss...

You can add negatives! Just estimate the amount of rice you didn't eat, then add an item like "White rice" to your meal, with a negative in front of the number. Add the meal like normal. :)

Damn, Taso and TDGee gettin' up in my business. Haha. And to answer the question, yes, I did. :)
-
Your body doesn't know what time it is. Eat! Oh, and something that helps me is to plan my day ahead. If I know I'm going to work out, then I try to arrange my meals so I'm eating enough but not over my net goal (mine is 1330).

CUCUMBERS, oh my goodness, I LOVE cucumbers baby carrots (sometimes with light ranch) Sandwich Thins deli meat (not packaged, but actually from our deli) broccoli eggs peanut butter (in small amounts, haha)

Alright, here's my stuff: Every day, I've hit my water goal- so, mtwt I got under calories on- m t Exercise- t(thursday) Crunches- 100 so far Hopefully that clear everything up. I've been crazy busy with my family lately... trying just to keep my head above water right now. D:

I use the packages sometimes, but I add vegetables so it's a bit healthier. Add some carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, stuff like that. That way, it's more filling and you're getting some sort of nutrition from it.
-
Yes! This would be awesome. :)

I agree with Vinlop. I just came back from a year in Germany, and the weather there was beautiful. I could play badminton and go hiking every day, and it was so enjoyable. But, I do like the gym because of the wide range of machines and strength training, and also because here in California it can get to 105 easily, and…

Whoops, I meant situps, not pushups, lol. I can barely do 10 pushups! Haha.

Apparently I've gained 8 pounds in the past week. I know it's not 8 real pounds, but there's a possibility it's 1 real pound. The rest is due to bad sodium, stress, not enough water, and weighing in right after drinking 32 oz of water, haha (I need to get my own scale. Weighing in at the gym is not good. D:) I'm going to…

What are the challenges and stuff for Week 3? D: I feel completely off the wagon this weekend, I need to back in the game. D:

Actually, make it 40! :) I just got one in. :)
