Dadof3: Handsome, but much too old for me, haha.

When I made this thread back in 2010 (or 2011?), that actually wasn't an option, pictures wouldn't paste. Now this whole tutorial is moot, haha.

Mine says 195. I was actually about 210 when I got it, but I lied. Now I'm at about 175ish. When I got my license renewed last year, I changed the weight on the form (and was super proud to do so!) and the DMV lady didn't even care. Just said "Alright great all the important info is the same."

Oatmeal with a few of the almonds thrown in it for some fat and a teeny bit of protein. Chocolate milk is always my go-to for post-cardio refuel, though. Pretty cheap, too.

I can definitely see a difference, especially in your face! Way to go and keep up the hard work!

As soon as I get my hands on some money, I'll be making that. Thank you so much! I just use a can of corn as a quick substitute and it was okay. My calves don't feel as tight as before, but they definitely need a little bit more. I don't think the can was wide enough.

I'm 19 (20 in December), and 5'6" (so not exactly what you requested, but pretty close. The pictures on the left, I'm about 205ish (never really weighed myself). The picture on the right, I'm 165, and had started my second month of heavy lifting.

^^^^^ Truth. I eat right before bed, sometimes in bed as I'm falling asleep. I've lost 40 pounds. Calories in vs. calories out. It's that simple.

I started losing weight a lot easier once I went on the pill. I think it kinda helped stabilize my hormones because they were REALLY messed up before I was on the pill.

I actually love all of my facial feature. I feel like they're very proportional. :)

Log it under cardiovascular, not strength. ETA: I should explain more. When adding an exercise, add it to the "Cardiovascular" section instead of strength. The strength section only counts reps and sets.

Yeah, I was on Yaz for a few years, then my gyno had me switch to some other pill after concerns of blood clots on Yaz. I spent 6 months on the other one and begged to be switched back. Those two were the only pills I've tried, but I will never switch from Yaz again. It works for me.

I'm on a generic form of Yaz (Loryna) and I lose weight on it just fine. The first few months on any birth control are terrible, though. Once your hormones regulate themselves, it's smooth sailing. I lose weight better on birth control than when I wasn't on it. You just have to watch your calories in and out.
