THIS. I mean, I still use cream and sugar, but significantly less when I'm using good coffee. I get gourmet coffee at Winco- the flavored kind. I LOVE Dark Chocolate Cherry and Cinnamon Swirl.

Sorry, I should have made that post more clear. I make enough batter to make ten waffles or so, then cook the waffles as normal (in the waffle cooker), then wrap each waffle in Saran wrap, freeze them, then take one out and re-heat in the toaster later that week.

I make mine on a lazy afternoon (a big batch, enough for the whole week), freeze them individually, then take 'em out when you need them, and pop them in the toaster like any frozen waffles. :)

I'm at 1630, which is my BMR, but on workout days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) I eat most of my exercise calories, which puts me around 2000-2100.

But fruit in your water. I swear by it. My favorites are cucumbers, and lemon/limes, and strawberries. I'm okay with the Biggest Loser, as long as you don't get any expectations from it (like thinking you should lose 5 lbs a week at home). But this season has KIDS on it. Seriously, CHILDREN. 13 year olds and 16 year olds. That's ridiculous.

Eat some plain with delicious side dishes tonight, pick the easy-to-get stuff off the bones and use it in chicken tacos, boil the rest off to use in soup/stews.

Make healthier chicken nuggets at home aand INVOLVE the girls with you. Kids love spending time with their parents, especially when they get to do "grown-up" things like cook. Make some chicken nuggets together, then go to the park to play or something. :)

Mine says 195, which was my about 10 pounds under my real weight when I got my driver's license. But then I dropped down to 175, and when I got a new license after mine was stolen, I made a point of changing the weight to 175. But the lady just ignored it, and my new driver's license said I still weighed 195. I was pissed!
