I started yesterday and I'm pairing it with one of Jillians other DVDs. I'm alternating between Killer Buns and Thighs, 6 week 6 pack and Ripped in 30. Feel free to add me if you need someone to cheer you on. :)

I'm consuming anywhere between 1200-1500 calories a day and rarely eating back my burned calories. I'm eating clean and exercising (mostly cardio) 5-6 days a week for a minimum of 40 minutes. My TDEE is 2407.

8 days in to level 1 I've lost 3lbs and 2 inches off of my waist and hips. I don't notice the difference at all when I look in the mirror but the measuring tape doesn't lie!!

In 7 days of 30DS I lost 3lbs and two inches off of my waist and hips. The workout is definitely getting easier and I can do all the ab work without stopping. GO US!!

The important thing is that you have the desire to get back on track.
