I started riding again a couple of months ago and love it. I used to think I would never be able to cycle up hills or go for miles but I've now done both. Did 15 miles on Saturday and felt great!!! The only bad part is my hands go to sleep a little.

Welcome! I like how you said "live a healthier life". That is really what is importantt--being fit and healthy. The weight loss goes right along with that. Good luck to you!!

For me it seemed at first that one or 2 pounds a week wasn't enough. But then as you go on, being fit, eating right, the pounds just keep coming off and before you know it, you're a new person. Went through the same thing. Good for you for putting it out there! I can cross my legs now too!

Nice feelings! Keep it up!!

The heat penetrates your skin and sub-q tissues which helps increase blood flow thus aiding injuries and moving the toxins out or your body through…

I noticed this happening to me as well. Then I hopped on MFP and read that it's a good thing! Your body is working well at cooling itself.
-
Keep it up!!

Yes, eat them. I try to eat mine early in the day so I'm not left with a bunch of calories in the evening. I look forward to my exercise calories every day!!
-
I would never have had the success I have had so far if not for being faithful to MFP journaling. I've rollercoasted with my weight MANY times but have now finally got it right thanks to MFP!!

I can see and feel my rib cage again. I can get excited about exercise. I can pass up donuts and candy. I can pick something up off the floor without having to "take a knee" to retrieve it.
