What an incredible inspiration you are to soooo many of us. This is one page I bookmarked so that I can come back to it and re-read what you've send should I get to a point where extra encouragement is needed. You look amazing - what a wonderful gift you have given not only to yourself, but to that beautiful little boy you…

Friend me if you're interested. I have about 55-60 lbs. to lose so I know I'll need as much encouragement as I can get as well. Good luck…

Hello everyone. My name is Sandie, I am 56 years old and live in Virginia. I am the classic yo-yo dieter. I have a couple of friends I've made at the gym I work out at that have had tremendous success with MFP. They have lost well over 100 lbs. each.....they have motivated me to "start over". I seriously need to lose 50-60…

Pulled pork - take a pork tenderloin, cover it with diet root beer cook on low for several hours (4-6), remove, drain liquid, shredded pork with 2 forks, pour some of your favorite BBQ sauce on the shredded pork - just enough to cover when tossed over meat (I use Dinosaur BBQ sauce but depending where you live this might…

Both breeds are very friendly. I had a Westie years ago - only issue is they very often have skin problems. I have two shih tzus now - one is 7 and the other is 8. They are fabulous dogs - very friendly, great lap dogs and sweet as can be. They do need to be groomed, but so do Westies. I would probably never get any other…
