Well hey! I'm 5 feet and will be 38 this Oct. I have been having the hardest time losing anything these days!! SO FRUSTRATING... and very discouraging. Sometimes I just figure .. the hell with it. But those extra 15-30 lbs are killer on a 5 foot frame!! I'll help motivate you!!!
