I can't say enough good things about C25K. It is very doable, and by the end you should be running 30 minutes continuously. I remember taking 14 minutes to finish the one mile run in middle school and being SO embarrassed. After the program I'm down to a 9 minute mile and I can go pretty easily for 30 minutes in a row.…
