My typical dinners during the week are mac cheese, mince and potatoes, stew with the weekend consisting of mostle takeaway indian/burgers/pizza. Im not to shabby at the cookin and like to give things a try. Only thing i dont like is chinese/thai type things.

SQUASH!! its the daddy for burning calories, always moving so keeps my concentration cause i get distracted.... ooooh look at that side banner....easily! plus theres only 1 other person in the room so you can look like your going to die in relative privacy:blushing:

personal opinion, but i would'nt weigh every day, you'll end up upsetting yourself cause your weight will naturally go up and down. go for once a week weigh in and see how it goes. good luck:smile:

That SUCKS!!! there's nothin worse than bursting a gut all week for nothing but it might just be your body fighting back. Don't give up keep at it and I'm sure you'll loose for your next weight in. Fludders right though you have to watch you don't put you body into starvation mode. Keep the faith :flowerforyou:

Canada huh! cool, by the time i get in tonight i'll be in no fit state so i'v already put in some of what i'll be up to and haggis neeps and tatties is only around 400cals.. for a plate which is really good. shame about the beer tho..:drinker:
