I'm struggling with the low carb high protein thing as I can't eat eggs which are a great source of high protein and therefore have turned to protein shakes but even a lot of them have a lot of sugar in them. Am gonna join the forum to see if I can get any ideas.:ohwell:

Hey, As long as you're exercising like you are, 1600 cals should be ok. How many cals does MFP say you should be eating? You should follow that as close as you can.

Walking's Good, maybe a certain amount of miles a day??? Google Maps can help work out distances between routes for members.
