I get ideas from my MFP friends diaries, I'm very fussy and so find it hard to find a variation in what I can eat and stay within my allowance. When it gets boring that's when it's harder to commit:yawn: Good Luck :smile:

I add it to the recipe, however whenever I fry something, I use a 1cal per spray olive oil. I've started using this when I was on slimming world and it's great. I googled the 100 workout and it says the exercises have to add up to 100reps. So u can pick from the list right?!?

Maybe you're over-working yourself and under-eating. Doing this means your body will go into starvation mode and rather than burning will store food and turn it into fat. How much does MFP tell you to eat, you should eat as close to this figure as possible. Hope this helps :smile:
