If your deficit is set to lose 1lb a week already then YES, if you're hungry or don't if you're not. If it's set to 2lbs a week then YES eat it back.

Enjoy the snacks in moderation. Get plenty of sleep because that's when the weightloss happens. Like yourself now and when you lose 1lbs like yourself then. If something feels like stress remove it from your life. When in doubt follow all the steps again.

If you have metabolic damage, high blood sugar or diabetic go low carb if you don't suffer from any of that stuff than eat normally WITHOUT deficit and just use exercise to create the loss for you. Long time caloric deficit will lead to more problems of being skinny fat, slow metabolism etc... Good luck!

It's probably not possible to make a visual physical change like that in 11 days but you can drop 11lbs although it will be water not fat and very simple. Drop your carbs to under 30 a day from vegges, cut out the sugar, FF, sodas etc... increase your fats to 160-200 grams a day and you will drop your 11lbs but i doubt you…

Drop the carbs (20g/-) veggies only and sugar increase your fats to 200grams or more and stay under 50grams of protein a day. Don't worry about counting calories your low calorie eating screwed up your metabolic system. Take out the dairy and nuts and give it 3-6 more weeks.

Carbs and Sugar are your problem cut them out and increase your fats to over 200gm so you dont feel tired and week. You need to fix your metabolic system, digestion and be more insulin sensitive. Your body will never burn fat if its always burning sugar and carbs. Good luck!

If your cutting sugar you need to increase your fats. Eat at maintenance so you don't destroy your metabolism with low calorie eating and let your exercise be your deficit.

Yes the caffeine plus any dairy put in. I would suggest trying it for a week or two and see what happens. I showed results after 3 days.

Your calories look way to low I would increase my fats to between 170-200 grams. Remove your dairy items, coffee & nuts. The coffee is more than likely the biggest factor with your thyroid issue. Eat more unprocessed foods as possible. I had to remove peanut butter and dairy to blow past my plateau. Good luck!
